It’s been two weeks since the world’s great inventor and visionary leader Steve Jobs was taken from us. I think, his death was a great loss to consumers and the IT industry. But he gave us his passion to create usable and beautiful products.
A few days ago, one of the WordPress Theme designers Stuart Brown designed a new WordPress theme, Retro Mac. It looks like the original Macintosh interface, chunky-grade pixellated graphics, and evoke some serious computer nostalgia.
The Retro Mac Theme
Retro Mac Theme is Stuart’s first real attempt at a WordPress theme. He developed this theme based on the structure of the default Kubrick theme. Retro Mac Theme is an absolutely free theme. WordPress.com bloggers can install it from WordPress.Com themes directory or directly from the Theme Showcase. Others can download this theme by clicking the download button below.

Maybe It looks like an old, black and white theme, but you can create your own custom menu in the sidebar, upload a custom header image to display below the blog title, or set a custom background and also included are two footer widget areas and a full-width page template that drops the sidebar. It displays your menu items, year archives, and categories as folders and icons on the evoked desktop.
